Mechanical Design Engineer

Develop and improve starch processing equipment including raspers, centrifuges, hydrocyclones, and dryers. Focus on reliability, efficiency, and cost optimization.
- 3+ years experience in mechanical design and manufacturing
- Proficient in SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar 3D modeling software
- Knowledge of stainless steel fabrication and food-grade design standards
- Experience with FEA and structural analysis preferred
Project Manager - International
Full-time · Shanghai, China (with global travel)
Manage end-to-end delivery of starch processing projects across Southeast Asia, Africa, and South America. Coordinate between clients, engineering teams, and local contractors.
- 7+ years experience in industrial project management
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred
- Experience managing budgets of $1M+ and timelines of 6-18 months
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
Electrical & Automation Engineer
Full-time · Shanghai, China
Design and implement PLC-based automation systems for starch processing lines. Develop SCADA interfaces, control panels, and instrumentation solutions.
- 3+ years experience in industrial automation
- Proficient in Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley, or similar PLC platforms
- Experience with variable frequency drives, sensors, and process instrumentation
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet/IP)
Sales Engineer - Starch Division
Full-time · Multiple Locations
Develop new business opportunities in emerging markets. Provide technical proposals, cost estimates, and after-sales support for starch processing equipment and lines.
- 3+ years experience in B2B industrial equipment sales
- Technical background in food processing or chemical engineering
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and one additional language (French, Spanish, Portuguese preferred)
