Working Principle
Gravity Zone: The flocculated sludge first enters the Gravity Dewatering Zone, where the majority of free water is removed.
Wedge Zone: The sludge then passes into the Wedge Zone for low-pressure pre-compression.
High-Pressure Zone: Finally, it enters the High-Pressure Shearing Zone. As the belts move through an "S"-shaped roller system, the tension and shearing forces squeeze out capillary water, discharging a dry and compact filter cake.
