Working Principle

The VF Series utilizes vacuum negative pressure to achieve efficient separation. Driven by a vacuum pump, a negative pressure zone is established inside the rotating drum. Under the pressure difference, the suspended solution is adsorbed onto the surface of the filter screen, forming a filter cake. The liquid passes through the screen and is discharged via the filtrate pump, while the dehydrated solid materials are continuously and automatically scraped off by the high-strength scraper.
